Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of professional development workshops, webinars, and networking events tailored to women in the construction sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction within the WBC community.
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop compelling content for newsletters, social media, and industry reports that highlight WBC’s impact.
- Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to ensure our programming remains relevant and proactive in addressing systemic barriers.
- Maintain and update member databases and CRM systems to track participation, growth metrics, and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in the coordination of annual conferences and award ceremonies that celebrate the achievements of women builders and corporate allies.
- Proven experience in program management, member relations, or administrative leadership, preferably within a non-profit or industry association.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders, from entry-level apprentices to C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational abilities and a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools, including Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern CRM platforms.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of accountability.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
