Associate Product Manager

CareTalk Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping digital healthcare experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into actionable product features. You will serve as a bridge between technology, business, and design, ensuring that our roadmap aligns with our commitment to accessible and efficient healthcare delivery.

• Collaborate with senior product leadership to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring all features align with the company’s strategic vision.
• Gather and document detailed product requirements and user stories to guide the engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze user data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders across clinical, operations, and marketing departments to gather feedback and ensure seamless product launches.
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to ensure development timelines are met and roadblocks are addressed promptly.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered features meet quality standards and solve the intended user problems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch to measure success and inform future iterations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar role within the technology or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable product insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across remote teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience using project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• A high degree of empathy for the end-user and a passion for improving the healthcare experience through technology.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and technical workflows is highly preferred.
