Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Dispatch Assistant, you will be responsible for the systematic handling of specialized dental materials and equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee the daily reception and dispatch of dental supplies, ensuring all items match purchase orders and clinical requirements.
- Maintain a rigorous inventory control system, performing regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Organize the warehouse layout to optimize space and ensure that high-demand dental materials are easily accessible.
- Monitor the shelf life and storage conditions of sensitive dental products to prevent waste and ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff and logistics teams to prioritize urgent delivery requests.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory movement and supply usage using internal tracking software.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
