Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex business needs and translate them into clear, comprehensive requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough research and process mapping to visualize current workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or systemic gaps.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the seamless implementation of new projects and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated reports, interactive dashboards, and executive presentations using data visualization tools to support management decisions.
- Propose innovative improvement solutions and strategic adjustments to existing processes to enhance overall organizational productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes post-implementation to ensure all deliverables meet predefined business objectives and quality standards.
- Utilize various analytical tools to interpret data sets, providing the evidence-based foundation for long-term strategic planning.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project scope.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience serving as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into simple insights.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and the creation of process flow diagrams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a remote work setting.
