As a senior member of the team, you will not only manage intricate requirements but also serve as a mentor and strategist, refining the methodologies that drive the entire software development lifecycle.

• Lead the end-to-end coordination, analysis, and documentation of both business and system-level requirements for high-impact IT projects.
• Expertly moderate workshops and strategic discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT architects, and engineering teams.
• Synthesize high-level business objectives into precise functional and non-functional specifications that guide development cycles.
• Champion Agile methodologies by actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and taking a lead role in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Provide dedicated mentorship to Requirements Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth within the analysis team.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and upgrading internal tools, documentation standards, and requirements management frameworks.
• Ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with long-term business roadmaps.

• A University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or Systems Analysis within complex, enterprise-grade IT environments.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Technical proficiency in requirements modeling techniques, including UML and BPMN; an IREB certification is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and moderation skills, with a professional fluency in English (minimum B2 level) to engage stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive and independent work style, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate across different time zones.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights.
