Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time visibility into business health.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify the root causes of business challenges and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for new features and initiatives, ensuring that tracking is implemented correctly from the start.
- Clean and preprocess raw data, troubleshooting inconsistencies and working with the engineering team to improve data pipeline reliability.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and persuasive presentations that influence high-level decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to continuously improve our internal tools and methodologies.
- Support the democratization of data by training team members on how to use self-service analytics tools effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL is mandatory, including the ability to write efficient queries and manage large datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create intuitive and actionable dashboards.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business contexts, such as A/B testing and regression analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for data analysis, specifically Python or R, for data manipulation and automation tasks.
