Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Microsoft PowerBI reports and interactive dashboards to support global business units.
  • Optimize and further develop internal data models based on central Data Warehouse table structures to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
  • Implement rigorous data quality and consistency protocols to maintain a single source of truth across all international subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse specialist departments and corporate leadership to translate complex business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
  • Support international subsidiaries in streamlining their local reporting processes and aligning them with group-wide standards.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets to provide proactive recommendations to management.

Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in Business Intelligence, data reporting, or quantitative data analysis.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI, with specific expertise in data modeling and advanced DAX formulas.
  • Strong command of SQL for querying complex databases and building high-performance data architectures.
  • Academic background in Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is considered a significant advantage.
  • A solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote, international setting.

Benefits
  • Remote-first work culture providing the flexibility to manage your professional and personal life effectively.
  • Opportunity to work within a highly motivated, collegial, and international team environment.
  • Comprehensive professional and personal development opportunities to keep your technical skills at the cutting edge.
  • A diverse and challenging range of activities within a market-leading global company.
  • Flexible working hours designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • A structured onboarding process and access to modern tools and technologies.
