As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between technical data structures and executive management. You will work within a sophisticated data ecosystem, focusing on the refinement of internal data models and the delivery of high-impact visualization tools. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Microsoft PowerBI reports and interactive dashboards to support global business units.
- Optimize and further develop internal data models based on central Data Warehouse table structures to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
- Implement rigorous data quality and consistency protocols to maintain a single source of truth across all international subsidiaries.
- Collaborate closely with diverse specialist departments and corporate leadership to translate complex business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
- Support international subsidiaries in streamlining their local reporting processes and aligning them with group-wide standards.
- Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets to provide proactive recommendations to management.
- Proven professional experience in Business Intelligence, data reporting, or quantitative data analysis.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI, with specific expertise in data modeling and advanced DAX formulas.
- Strong command of SQL for querying complex databases and building high-performance data architectures.
- Academic background in Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Analytical mindset with a natural affinity for numbers and the ability to organize parallel workstreams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is considered a significant advantage.
