About the Role

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial District Manager for the Denver North territory. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for bridging the gap between national account goals and local service excellence. You will manage a diverse portfolio of retail and distribution clients, ensuring that our brand promise of Uninterrupted Peace of Mind is delivered daily through meticulous facility inspections, proactive relationship management, and the strategic scaling of our provider network.

As a District Manager, you are more than an administrator; you are a business driver. You will navigate a fast-paced environment where your ability to pivot between site audits, provider negotiations, and client strategy sessions will directly impact the success of the Denver North market. If you are a self-starter with a passion for technology-driven facility solutions and have the resilience to thrive in an outdoor, high-activity setting, DMG offers a culture where your professional growth is backed by industry-leading benefits and a collaborative national team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with corporate account stakeholders and local facility managers to ensure long-term retention and account penetration.
  • Conduct regular on-site property audits and inspections, identifying opportunities for preventative maintenance and additional service offerings.
  • Source, vet, and negotiate contracts with local service providers and technicians to ensure a high-quality, reliable vendor base that meets DMG standards.
  • Meet and exceed weekly KPIs, including scheduled site visits and incremental revenue targets through strategic upselling and RFP initiatives.
  • Respond with urgency to customer escalations, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving service issues and natural disaster responses.
  • Manage the district budget effectively, overseeing travel expenses and financial goals while providing market-specific insights for long-term regional strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and National Account Teams to align local operations with broader corporate objectives and insurance compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of professional experience and a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proven experience in field operations, facility maintenance, or account management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a high level of comfort using mobile technology and CRM software.
  • A valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel across the assigned district.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct daily supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an extroverted personality, comfortable with negotiation and high-stakes client interactions.
  • Physical capability to perform extensive outdoor activity (approximately 90% on-site) and the flexibility to adjust schedules for peak workloads or emergencies.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with immediate eligibility for comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one.
  • Financial security through a dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% of salary, featuring immediate 100% vesting.
  • Support for growing families with paid Primary and Secondary Caregiver leave policies.
  • Commitment to work-life balance including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and dedicated paid time off to volunteer in your community.
  • A technology-first work environment that encourages professional advancement and rewards self-starters within a Certified Great Place to Work.
