About the Role

Pelago is the world�s leading virtual clinic for Substance Use Management, providing guidance, support, and treatment for members seeking to overcome tobacco, alcohol, and opioid use. Our services range from education and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to comprehensive medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

As a remote counselor, you will be a key member of our team, supporting and empowering individuals on their journey to recovery. Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding members towards leading addiction-free lives through personalized solutions.
• Collaborating closely with a dynamic team to scale a successful digital health venture.
• Delivering care across the substance use spectrum using individual health data and goals.

This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and hold an active California license.
