As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every home, public space, and club outlet is pristine, welcoming, and reflective of our world-class standards. • Prepare guest cottages and residences for arrival by ensuring all patios, windows, and outdoor living spaces are spotlessly cleaned.
• Maintain and clean outdoor grills prior to guest arrival and post-departure, ensuring proper storage according to club protocols.
• Enter and prepare rooms for the housekeeping team, facilitating a seamless cleaning workflow.
• Accurately identify, tag, and transport owners’ personal linens and terry for specialized laundering and timely return to residences.
• Manage guest loaner items, including the delivery and retrieval of cribs, high chairs, and pack-n-plays to enhance the member experience.
• Execute deep-cleaning rotations, such as carpet steam cleaning and comprehensive spring cleaning, as scheduled.
• Ensure all ramps, walkways, and public pathways remain free of debris and trash at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities, including the daily polishing of washers and dryers and waste removal.
• Perform high-level dusting and cleaning of ceiling fans and ledges to ensure no detail is overlooked.
• Manage inventory by stocking storage areas daily and providing necessary materials to Room Attendants.

• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs regularly.
• Comfort working in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights using ladders.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to common cleaning chemicals and dust.
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to follow complex instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor when interacting with members and guests.
• Proven integrity and honesty, maintaining a positive attitude within a team-oriented environment.
