Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Facilitate the full recruitment cycle by managing timely job postings across the university website and various external professional media platforms to ensure maximum visibility for open roles.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Evaluate incoming applications against specific role requirements, administer entrance examinations, and conduct initial screenings to identify high-potential talent.
- Coordination and Verification: Manage the logistics of the hiring process, including scheduling multi-stage interviews and performing thorough professional reference checks to ensure candidate integrity.
- Onboarding and Integration: Lead comprehensive HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires, providing a seamless transition into the university culture and administrative systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed initial job offers for management approval and maintain accurate candidate records within the HR information system.
- Communication: Act as a professional liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field is required.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a recruitment or HR generalist capacity. Candidates with a background in the IT or BPO industries are highly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of those environments.
- Communication Excellence: Above-average proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, from associates to senior management.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for data management and presentation purposes.
