About the Role

Lingraphica is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with aphasia through innovative speech-generating devices. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to our HR operations, ensuring that our team members receive exceptional support from their first day of onboarding through their entire employee lifecycle.

As an HR Administrator, you will manage a diverse range of responsibilities including records management, compliance tracking, and administrative support for our learning and development initiatives. You will thrive in this position if you are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and possesses a deep commitment to maintaining confidentiality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience: Coordinate all logistics for new hire setup, prepare onboarding documentation, and track task completion to ensure a seamless transition for every new team member.
  • HR Administration & Records: Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files, perform regular audits, and update organizational charts to reflect current staffing.
  • Compliance & Credentialing: Conduct monthly OIG exclusion checks and monitor Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure renewals to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Systems Support: Manage user data and course assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS) and keep HR content on the company intranet up to date.
  • Financial & Stipend Administration: Administer employee stipend programs and the company’s donation matching program, ensuring accurate tracking and reimbursement.
  • Organizational Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance for quarterly Board of Directors meetings and support the broader HR team with special projects and candidate screening.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of administrative or HR support experience is highly preferred; familiarity with HRIS or LMS platforms is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data tracking and Outlook for complex scheduling.
  • Organizational Ability: Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to two times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings.
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: A starting salary range of $24.04 to $26.44 per hour, based on experience and skills.
  • Flexible Remote Work: Work from your home office with a schedule of 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Mission-Driven Culture: Join a team that is passionate about helping people with aphasia regain their communication and quality of life.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities to support learning and development initiatives and gain exposure to high-level organizational functions.
  • Inclusive Environment: A commitment to transparency, equity, and providing reasonable accommodations for all employees.
