About the Role

HCLTech is looking for a seasoned professional to join our global engineering and technology team as a Senior IMRO (Inventory Management and Repair Order) Consultant. This is a strategic role designed for experts who possess a deep understanding of complex asset management life cycles and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes. As a key player in our Digital Transformation division, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our clients in capital-intensive industries achieve maximum operational efficiency and regulatory compliance through optimized asset tracking and maintenance strategies.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of IMRO modules to streamline maintenance and repair workflows.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MRO solutions with existing ERP frameworks and financial systems.
• Provide expert-level guidance on inventory optimization, spare parts management, and repair order life cycle management.
• Conduct deep-dive process audits to identify bottlenecks in maintenance operations and propose automated solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead technical workshops to ensure best practices are followed across the project life cycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific safety standards and regulatory requirements within the digital ecosystem.

• A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or specialized IMRO environments.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end MRO processes, including rotatable management and component maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data structures within asset management software.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical executive leadership.
• Background in industries such as Aerospace, Defense, Energy, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications in SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, or specialized IMRO platforms are a significant advantage.
