Helic & Co is looking for a proactive and highly organized Junior Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in supporting the daily operations of our people department, ensuring a seamless experience for both current employees and prospective candidates. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the employee onboarding process, ensuring all new hires receive necessary documentation and a comprehensive introduction to company policies and culture.
- Maintain and update digital employee records within our HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local and international labor regulations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll documentation to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies, procedures, and internal systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and internal communication projects.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing relevant data such as turnover rates and time-to-hire metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience or up to one year of experience in an administrative or HR-focused role.
- Strong understanding of basic labor laws and human resources best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
