About the Role
INFUSE is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Web Designer to join our global team of over 1,100 professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and highly functional digital assets that drive engagement for some of the world’s most recognized technology brands, including Microsoft, Google, and IBM. As part of our creative department, you will bridge the gap between aesthetics and usability, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous company standards and helps our clients achieve their campaign objectives in an increasingly digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build clean, responsive landing pages utilizing both existing templates and custom, original layouts.
- Create visually engaging email designs and manage the technical layout to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Develop creative banners and digital advertising assets that align with client brand guidelines.
- Prototype and design user interfaces (UI) for internal company tools and specialized web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex marketing requirements into intuitive user experiences (UX).
- Execute full-scale landing page designs based on the specific aesthetic and functional requirements of enterprise-level client websites.
- Solid understanding of core design principles, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Practical experience with HTML and CSS; a basic understanding of additional programming languages is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive approach to learning and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
