  • Interpret intricate electrical schematics and technical documentation to diagnose root causes of electromechanical failures.
  • Provide guidance and technical coaching to non-exempt team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Ensure all work complies with ISO 9001, OSHA, and IPC-A-610 regulatory standards to maintain a safe and high-quality work environment.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing or electromechanical maintenance environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of electromechanical technology and integrated software systems.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative on complex, non-routine assignments.
  • Excellent critical thinking and group problem-solving skills, with a focus on design thinking and debugging.
  • Experience working within structured quality frameworks and a firm commitment to safety and compliance protocols.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing suite supporting physical, financial, and emotional health.
  • Robust personal and professional development programs, including specialized career pathing and expert-led training.
  • A culture of unconditional inclusion that celebrates individual uniqueness and diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexible work arrangements designed to help you balance professional goals with personal needs.
