• Operate and set up automatic and specialized manufacturing machinery while ensuring all production outputs meet rigorous quality standards.
• Support the operation of complex industrial equipment under the guidance of senior technical staff and supervisors.
• Perform precise assembly, adjustment, and mounting of standard and non-standard electrical components and subassemblies.
• Utilize various industrial tools, including pneumatic screwdrivers, impact wrenches, and drills, to complete equipment builds according to technical specifications.
• Interpret and follow technical diagrams, physical models, and assembly samples to ensure accurate equipment configuration.
• Maintain comprehensive records of manufacturing execution, quality inspections, and safety compliance.
• Execute 5S methodologies to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, contributing to a culture of workplace safety and excellence.
• Monitor machine performance closely to identify and report any deviations from safety or quality protocols.
• Collaborate with the supervisory team to complete additional manufacturing tasks and process improvements as assigned.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Technical Associate Degree is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools, such as drills and pneumatic equipment.
• Basic technical literacy, including the ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical plans.
• Foundational computer skills, including the use of email and navigating web-based forms or reporting tools.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform manual assembly tasks with reasonable accommodations.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
