  • Analyze and report on organizational sustainability metrics to ensure evidence-based decision-making and mission-aligned impact.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational content, including white papers, carbon impact reports, and industry news updates for the global scientific community.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence by meeting strategic organizational goals and supporting team-wide professional development.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sustainability, environmental science, laboratory operations, or a related field within the scientific sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collegiality in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of discipline, managing flexible schedules while meeting ambitious performance targets.
  • Familiarity with laboratory resource management, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste diversion strategies.
  • A commitment to data-driven advocacy and a passion for environmental stewardship.
  • Experience working in a global or non-profit setting is highly desirable.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health benefits and 6% retirement matching to secure your future.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible leave policies to support a true work-life balance.
  • An annual $1,500 professional development stipend to fuel your career growth and expertise.
  • Fully remote work environment with a focus on healthy boundaries and high-performance collaboration.
  • The opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven community that values you as a whole person and unique contributor.
