Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality childcare tailored to the specific age and developmental needs of each child.
- Deliver academic support by assisting with daily homework, explaining complex concepts, and preparing students for upcoming exams.
- Design and implement engaging educational activities and leisure projects that stimulate curiosity and cognitive growth.
- Maintain a safe, trustworthy, and supportive environment where children feel encouraged to learn.
- Monitor and report on the child's academic and personal progress, ensuring consistent development.
- Establish clear and fluid communication with parents to align on educational goals and schedules.
- Utilize digital platforms to coordinate sessions and, where applicable, provide virtual tutoring support.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in childcare and school reinforcement.
- Solid knowledge of core school subjects at the Primary or ESO (Secondary) levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain topics with patience and clarity.
- A high sense of responsibility, reliability, and emotional intelligence.
- Basic proficiency in online tools such as Zoom or Google Meet for remote coordination or virtual sessions.
- Valuable (but not mandatory) background in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
