We are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about human behavior and organizational development but also possesses the leadership potential to eventually guide a human-centric team. If you are an empathetic communicator with an analytical mindset and a desire to make a tangible impact on people's professional lives, we encourage you to apply and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be supporting the talent acquisition pipeline and internal culture projects through the following activities:

  • Maintaining and updating the internal talent database to ensure a clean and efficient pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Collaborating on the design and execution of internal communication strategies aimed at improving the organizational climate and employee satisfaction.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture and operational workflows.
  • Assisting in the organization of corporate events, workshops, and recognition programs designed to boost team morale.
  • Monitoring HR metrics and preparing reports on recruitment progress and turnover rates to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Participating in special projects related to employer branding and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this internship, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student (Pre-professional status) in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in specializing in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of empathy and professional ethics.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Initial knowledge of recruitment portals and social media tools (LinkedIn) for talent sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices in the Peruvian market is a plus.

Benefits

We offer a supportive environment focused on your professional evolution, including:

  • Official internship agreement (Convenio de Prácticas Pre-profesionales) in compliance with local regulations.
  • Flexible schedule designed to accommodate your university classes and examinations.
  • Opportunity to work in a 100% remote setting, providing a better work-life balance and saving commute time.
  • Direct mentorship from experienced HR professionals and continuous learning opportunities.
