Procurement Officer

About the Role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, an award-winning leader in the Dubai property management sector, is looking for a highly organized and strategic Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in streamlining our sourcing activities, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining the high standards of quality that our clients expect. You will serve as a bridge between our operational needs and a diverse network of suppliers, ensuring that every asset under our management is supported by top-tier resources and services.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract finalization for property management supplies and services.
• Develop and implement robust procurement strategies to reduce costs without compromising on service quality or delivery timelines.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable vendors and stay updated on industry price trends and innovations.
• Evaluate supplier performance through regular audits and KPIs to ensure compliance with KAIZEN’s rigorous quality standards.
• Coordinate with the finance and property management departments to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of approved vendors and historical procurement data.
• Negotiate favorable payment terms and service level agreements (SLAs) that align with the company’s financial objectives.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Prepare detailed procurement reports for senior management, highlighting savings achieved and areas for process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the real estate or property management industry in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and vendor management.
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics and procurement regulations in Dubai.
• Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics when dealing with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
