  • Stay updated on the latest pedagogical trends and digital tools in the field of language teaching to maintain a high standard of educational excellence.
  • Manage your teaching schedule efficiently using our platform tools, ensuring punctuality and professional communication with students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment that encourages participation and builds student confidence in their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Qualifications
  • A University Degree in Spanish Philology, Education, Modern Languages, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) with a deep understanding of linguistic nuances, grammar, and cultural contexts.
  • Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate various online teaching platforms, educational software, and communication tools effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the organizational skills required to manage a flexible, remote schedule.

Benefits
  • The freedom and flexibility of a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from any location that suits your lifestyle.
  • Highly flexible scheduling that enables you to balance your professional teaching career with personal commitments and other projects.
  • Competitive compensation package based on the non-regulated education collective agreement (convenio de educacin no reglada), ensuring fair pay for your expertise.
  • Access to a collaborative and supportive global community of educators where you can share resources, ideas, and best practices.
