About the Role

MedTech Innovator is the world’s largest life science accelerator, committed to improving human health by supporting startups and scale-ups that are transforming healthcare. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the operational execution of our innovation-focused programs and strategic initiatives. This fully remote role is ideal for a solutions-oriented professional who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building the operational structures that empower mission-driven innovation.

As a Program Manager, you will serve as a central coordinator across our ecosystem, managing complex timelines and deliverables while facilitating seamless communication between internal teams, external partners, and emerging healthcare startups. You will play a pivotal role in refining our processes, ensuring that every program initiative is executed with precision and impact. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy the challenge of managing diverse priorities within the life sciences sector, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of medical technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Operations: Support the day-to-day execution of core initiatives by managing workflows, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining internal documentation to ensure high-level efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for subject matter experts, consultants, and startup founders, managing scheduling, logistics, and relationship-building across the program lifecycle.
  • Evaluation Support: Facilitate the application and review process for new startups, including tracking submissions, coordinating reviewer assignments, and preparing comprehensive recommendation summaries.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain meticulous program records and develop detailed reports, presentations, and performance metrics for executive leadership and external partners.
  • Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person workshops, webinars, and showcases, ensuring all agendas and follow-up actions are handled professionally.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance the delivery of program milestones.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven background in program management, operations, or project coordination, preferably within healthcare innovation, nonprofit sectors, or research environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with collaboration tools including Airtable, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally to high-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to operate independently in a remote setting while managing multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with grant-funded or compliance-oriented programs and a genuine interest in the life sciences and startup ecosystem.

Benefits
  • Impact: The opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare innovation with mission-driven programs that have a real-world impact on human health.
  • Flexibility: A 100% remote work environment with a focus on ownership and autonomy over your responsibilities.
  • Compensation: Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 – $105,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefit packages.
  • Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy and a full holiday schedule to support work-life balance.
  • Growth: Direct exposure to industry-leading experts, innovative technologies, and a fast-growing professional network.
