Program Manager Fulfillment Operations

This pivotal role reports to the Manager of Program Management and is responsible for leading critical facility buildout and automation initiatives that drive our logistics excellence. • Direct end-to-end project execution for new Fulfillment Center (FC) launches, facility relocations, and complex automation system deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk mitigation strategies, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to secure high-quality equipment and installation services for fulfillment infrastructure.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that enhance throughput and accuracy.
• Present regular status updates and performance metrics to executive leadership, ensuring transparency on project health and ROI.
• Standardize project management methodologies across the operations team to facilitate scalable growth and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee on-site implementation phases, ensuring safety standards and operational requirements are met during facility transitions.

• Proven experience in program or project management specifically within fulfillment, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching large-scale facility buildouts or implementing automated material handling systems (MHE).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both frontline associates and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed to various fulfillment center locations to oversee project milestones and launches.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
