About the Role

Talentoma is expanding its project management division and is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Remote Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone for our project lifecycles, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed with precision and that communication flows seamlessly across departments. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a virtual environment, possesses a natural flair for organization, and is eager to grow their expertise within a fast-paced corporate setting. As a member of our team, you will be empowered to take ownership of your tasks while receiving the training and support necessary to transition into high-level project management roles.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Project Assistant, your primary objective is to facilitate the successful execution of diverse company initiatives through high-level administrative and logistical support. You will work closely with senior project managers to ensure that every phase of a project is documented and tracked accurately.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including the management of complex digital filing systems and internal databases.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and the distribution of actionable follow-up items.
  • Manage project calendars and schedules to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on upcoming deadlines and departmental milestones.
  • Track and monitor project deliverables, providing regular status updates and identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact the timeline.
  • Draft, format, and proofread project documentation, reports, and internal communications to maintain a high standard of professional output.
  • Assist in the coordination of cross-functional workflows, ensuring that team members have the resources and information required to complete their tasks.
  • Utilize project management software to update task progress, resource allocation, and timeline adjustments in real-time.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are not only administratively proficient but also possess the soft skills required to navigate a collaborative remote workplace. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can maintain productivity with minimal supervision.

  • Prior experience in an administrative, project support, or office coordination role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Technical literacy and comfort working with modern project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail in documentation and reporting.
  • A stable and reliable remote work environment, including high-speed internet access and the discipline to maintain a consistent professional schedule.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development in the project management field.
Benefits

At Talentoma, we believe in investing in our talent. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial well-being and your long-term career aspirations.

  • Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $5,400 to $6,900, based on experience and performance.
  • A 100% remote work structure, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location without the stress of a commute.
  • Full-scale paid training and a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure you are equipped for success from day one.
  • Clear pathways for career advancement, with structured opportunities to move into Senior Project Manager or Program Coordinator roles.
  • Access to professional development resources, including certifications, workshops, and industry-leading software training.
  • A supportive and inclusive company culture that values diversity, collaboration, and the health and well-being of every team member.
