Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the CREW professional pilot network, your primary focus will be maintaining the highest standards of airmanship and professional readiness. Successful candidates placed through our network are expected to:
- Operate complex aircraft systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and airline standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, crew members, and cargo during all phases of flight operations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of international aviation regulations, meteorological conditions, and navigation procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including ground crew, air traffic control, and cabin staff, to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- Participate in rigorous ongoing training and simulation programs to uphold the highest levels of technical proficiency and emergency preparedness.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure environments and during non-normal operations.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for various flight deck roles, including AJX First Officers and Direct Entry Captains. Candidates should meet the following baseline criteria:
- A valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by a recognized aviation authority.
- A current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum flight hour requirements specific to the role (detailed requirements vary by position and carrier).
- Proficiency in English, meeting ICAO Level 4 standards or higher.
- A clean safety record with no history of accidents or incidents attributable to pilot error.
- Legal right to work and travel globally without restriction.
