Rentokil Initial is looking for a proactive and organized Service Planner / Sr. Service Planner to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our service operations, responsible for end-to-end service planning, maintaining data integrity, and monitoring field productivity. You will work within a multi-functional environment, collaborating closely with branch leadership, sales teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that our service delivery meets the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. • Operational Scheduling: Organize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly service schedules for technicians, covering contracts, one-off jobs, renewals, and customer complaints.
• Digital Adoption: Develop high proficiency in company-specific software including iCABS and SCP, ensuring 100% active usage and maintaining over 95% utilization of the Service Companion platform.
• Data Integrity: Support the digital transition by ensuring the accuracy of consumption data, Terms of Service (TOS), and general service documentation while coordinating with IT for user support.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as technician productivity, efficiency, and on-time service delivery to meet organizational targets.
• Reporting and Analytics: Maintain and report Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Service Operational Status (SOS), providing insights into backlogs, aging profiles, and complaint trends.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to manage technician routing, accommodate urgent service visits, and resolve service termination or stop issues.
• Resource Management: Oversee leave planning for field staff to ensure service continuity and prioritize planning to aggressively reduce service backlogs.
• Process Adherence: Ensure error-free documentation and strict adherence to the ticket-based callout process, escalating unresolved issues to senior management as needed.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in service planning, logistics, operations coordination, or a related administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or G-Suite; comfort with learning and using proprietary enterprise software.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights for service improvement.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, detail orientation, and strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate seamless interaction across departments.
